Implementation

Implementations: Connect Customer Systems

Processes only work end to end when they can securely reach the customer's existing systems. Each implementation connects one capability group to a specific service.

Steps

  1. Identify the required capability groups

Determine which capabilities the process needs, such as storage, email, ERP, accounting, CDE, plan viewing, BIM, AI, or checkout.

  2. Select one implementation per group

During onboarding, choose exactly one available implementation for each required capability group. This keeps the process logic independent of the customer's system.

  3. Configure and verify customer access

Add permissions and target locations, test the connection, and enable only the functions the process actually needs.

  4. Connect missing systems as needed

If a service is not available yet, a new implementation can be added. For AI, the customer's own language model can also be connected as a BYO LLM.
